Try to select salads that are full of greens, sides of real fruit or fruit juices that are 100% fruit juice will leave you feeling fuller longer while having much less calories than fries and a coke.
Say “No” To Supersizing
Larger portions mean more calories. You stomach is about the size of your fist. If you continually stretch it to its maximum, it will take more to sate your hunger. Instead of a large soda, try a large water that will not only hydrate you but also make you feel full.
